    We manage this online business from an office location in Parramatta however it’s not a warehouse or walk-in showroom with display products. We leverage vast network of our partners facilities sprawled across Australian states for quick stock delivery to our customers.

    If you wish to have a face-to-face meeting for shopping advice, we can arrange that through prior appointment at 80 George Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150 (shared office with The Tax Factor on ground floor). Please contact us in advance for appointment before heading over to the office.

    Bulk of the orders are processed and dispatched from our partner warehouse in Lidcombe, Sydney however depending on the delivery address and stock availability, some of the orders are dispatched from warehouses in other Australian states like Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth for optimal and fast delivery.

    Yes, in most cases you can pickup your order directly from the warehouse. Please check with us in advance about the possibility of local pickup before placing the order.

    Please ensure a valid Australian street address is provided with the order and that someone is available to sign and receive the delivery. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

    We don’t do international shipping. Our focus is 100% on Australian market at this stage.

    Yes, our online custom PC builder is designed with compatibility, ease of use and simplicity in mind. In some cases where our technicians notice of any improvements that could be made to the computer orders, we contact our customers with recommendations.

    You will receive a complete assembled computer ready to run. Just connect your keyboard, mouse and monitor with the PC and it will be all good to go.

    The products we ship out are properly packaged to avoid any possible damage during transit. In most cases, extra packaging material is put inside the assembled PCs that must be removed by the customers by removing side panel of the case before the plugging into the mains. These extra safety measures are to avoid hassle for both the customers and us.

    In general, we build computers within 2~5 business days of receiving the order. The courier takes somewhere between 1~3 business days in most cases depending on the delivery location. Please check individual product pages for more specific delivery timeframes.

    After the order has been marked as shipped or completed by us, you can access your GST invoice by logging in to your account through ‘My Account’ on our website and going to the ‘Completed Orders’ section. Click on the ‘View Order Details’ next to your order where the option to ‘Print Invoice’ is available at the bottom of the order details.
