I’ve been chasing a simple invoice for over a month (put an order back in July)and still haven’t received one. At this point, I’m starting to wonder whether an invoice actually exists or if they simply can’t provide it for some reason.To make things even more frustrating, I picked up the order myself, yet they still charged me for shipping. I told them I was willing to accept that charge and had no issue paying it. All I asked for was an invoice. Send me the invoice, and I’ll gladly pay whatever $30 balance you claim is outstanding.Instead, every time I request the invoice, they immediately bring up the “unpaid balance.” We’re talking about a whopping $30 here.The problem is simple: I can’t pay an invoice that I’ve never received. After more than a month of asking, they still haven’t managed to provide this basic document.Extremely frustrating customer service, poor communication, and a surprisingly difficult process for something as simple as obtaining an invoice.
