This ‘basic service’ covers addition, upgradation/replacement of any of the following desktop PC components.

Covers a maximum of 3x PC parts from the following list.

• SSD/HDD storage device (1x)
• RAM memory (up to 4x sticks)
• Graphics card (1x)
• Case fan (1x)
• WiFi/bluetooth card
• Sound card

NOTE: If the graphics card or any other component requires upgrade of power supply and/or motherboard, please use ‘Desktop PC hardware upgrade – Advanced service’.

Optional: Operating System license could be purchased from here. If added, we’ll install the OS at no extra cost.

The addition or replacement service request could be a combination of any of the above OR all the three parts could be of the same type.

• Excludes cost of the hardware
• You can either bring your own parts or buy from our store
• Includes 1 years Warranty on work done under the service
• Please take a backup of your data before bringing the PC in.
• All or some of the data on your computer may be wiped off during the process.
