I was extremely impressed by the service. It's not often you find companies offering unsolicited help. I went to UMKLOGIX for the prices and product quality but the help and support I got from UMKLOGIX just blew me away. Graham S.

I’ve been chasing a simple invoice for over a month (put an order back in July)and still haven’t received one. At this point, I’m starting to wonder whether an invoice actually exists or if they simply can’t provide it for some reason. To make things even more frustrating, I picked up the order myself, yet they still charged me for shipping. I told them I was willing to accept that charge and had no issue paying it. All I asked for was an invoice. Send me the invoice, and I’ll gladly pay whatever $30 balance you claim is outstanding.Instead, every time I request the invoice, they immediately bring up the “unpaid balance.” We’re talking about a whopping $30 here. The problem is simple: I can’t pay an invoice that I’ve never received. After more than a month of asking, they still haven’t managed to provide this basic document.Extremely frustrating customer service, poor communication, and a surprisingly difficult process for something as simple as obtaining an invoice.Posted on Google

Just purchased a 5080, 9800x3d full custom. Was a great experience working with Usama. Helped with parts, worked with me to get it done in a timely manner and the build was super high quality. Brought it home ready to go. Thank you again and highly recommend!Posted on Google
